Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule to Rg 1 of Chapter 182. 44 6th. FEBRUARY, 2013 PUBLIC HEALTH (FOOD) ACT (CHAPTER 182) PUBLIC HEALTH (FOOD) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2013 In exercise of the power conferred by section 16 of the Public Health [Food) Act, the Minister of Health, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby makes the following Regulations Citation. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Food) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule to Rg 1 of Chapter 182. .' 2. The Fourteenth Schedule to the Public Health (Food) Regulations is amended fa) by inserting the following new items in the appropriate alphabetical order and appropriate columns "abamectin 0.01 chilli pepper cyhalothrin 0.2 soybean immature fenvalerate 1.0 mango profenofos 3 chilli 0.2 mango 10 mangosteen"; fb) in respect "chlorpyrifos" (i) by deleting the following items from the second and third columns "0.1 cereal grains"; and (ii) by substituting the following new items therefor 45 "0.5 0.1 rice other cereal grains"; BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE (e) in respect "cyperrnethrin" (i) by deleting the following items from the second and third columns "0.2 1.0 nonleafy vegetables fruits"; and (ii) by substituting the following new items therefor .. "0.3 0.2 0.1 1.0 asparagus other nonleafy vegetables longan other fruits"; (d) in respect "deltamethrin" [i] by deleting the following items from the second and third columns "0.01 0.01 nonleafy vegetables fruits"; and [ii] by substituting the following new items therefor "0.1 0.01 0.2 0.01 ." asparagus nonleafy vegetables mango other fruits"; (e) in respect "malathion" (i) by deleting the following items from the second and third columns "2.0 fruits"; and (ii) by substituting the following new items therefor "0.2 2.0 pummelo other fruits". 46 6th.
