No. S 49 Paragraph L Citation. 24th. OCTOBER, 2009 PROTECTED AREAS AND PROTECTED PLACES ACT (CHAPTER 147) PROTECTED PLACES ORDER, 2009 ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS 2. Declaration of protected places. 3. Authority. 815 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE PROTECTED AREAS AND PROTECTED PLACES ACT (CHAPTER 147) PROTECTED PLACES ORDER, 2009 In exercise of the power conferred by section 511) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister of Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order Citation. 1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places Order, 2009. Declaration of protected places. 2. The places specified in the first column of the Schedule, which are more particularly described in the plans specified in the second column thereof deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, are hereby declared to be protected places for the purposes of the Act. Authority. 3. The authority specified in the third column of the Schedule is from whom permission to enter those protected places is to be received. Place 1. Building of Receiver and its area, Kampong Serusop, Mukim Berakas A, Brunei Muara District. 2. Building of DVOR/ DME and its area, Kampong Beribi, Mukim Gadong B, Brunei Muara District.
