7th. JULY, 2009 No. S 28 CONSTITUTION OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (Order made under Article 83(3)) LAND CODE (STRATA) ACT (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2009 ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS Section 1. Citation and commencement. 2. Amendment of section 9 of Chapter 189. 369 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE CONSTITUTION OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (Order made under Article X3(311 LAND CODE [STRATA) ACT (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2009 In exercise of the power conferred by Article 83(3) of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan hereby makes the following Order Citation and commencement. 1. This Order may be cited as the Land Code (Strata) Act (Amendment) Order, 2009 and shall commence on the same day as the Land Code (Strata) Act (Chapter 189). Amendment of section 9 of Chapter 189. 2. Section 9 of the Land Code (Strata) Act is amended, in sub-subsection (3J(i), by deleting "60" from the first line and by substituting "99" therefor. Made this 7th. day of Rejab, 1430 Hijriah corresponding to the 30th. day of June, 2009 at Our Istana Nurul Iman, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
