APRIL, 2020 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE CONSTITUTION OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (Order made under Article 83(3)) FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the p ower conferred by Article 83(3) of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan hereby makes the following Order Citation l. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Order, 2020. Amendment of section 31 of S 2512009 2. Section 31 of the Fisheries Order, 2009 is amended (a} in subsection (1) (il in paragraph (b) (A) by deleting "carries or has in his possession or under his control" from the fi rst line and by substituting '"is found in possession of ' therefor ; (BI by dele ting "or" from the last line; (ii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph {b) "(ba) is found in possession of fish which has been captured with the aid of any explosive or poisonous substance and w ho does not give a satisfactory account as to how he came to be in possession thereof; or"; (iii) in paragraph (c), by deleting "or receives, any" from the first line; (b) in subsection (2), by deleting "or u nder the control" from the third line.
