Decree No. 140 of 2005 establishing the Feed and Feed Additive Registration Committee

Ministerial Decree Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries 1 Ministerial Decree Number (140) of the year 2005 The minister of Argillite and fisheries After examining the federal law No.(1) of the year 1972 on the functions of the ministers and laws issued in amend mentis there of. And the federal law No.(10) Of the year 2002 on practicing the profession of medical Veterinary, And the Cabinet Resolution No.(18) of the year 2004 on the Organization Structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, And upon the recommendations of the Committee for the registration of Veterinary medicines, serums and Vaccines as setup under the ministerial Decree No.(1180) of the year 2004 issued by the Minister of Health, And the letter of the General Secretary of the Municipalities No. (238) dated 12/2/2005 And the letter of the Ministry of Health No.549/2004 dated 26/12/2004. And upon the submission of the Assistant Deputy Minister for the Agricultural Affairs, and the necessities of the public interest, has decided the following: Article (1) A committee for the registration of fodders, fodder additives, detergents and their companies shall be set up and headed by the director of Animal wealth and the membership of the following: 1- Agric. Engineer/ Mohammed Ali Hamdan, ministry of Agriculture and fisheries Vice president. Ministerial Decree Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries 2 2- Dr. ALNema Abdel Khalek Mustafa, ministry of Agriculture and fisheries member. 3- Dr.Ahmed AL Teejani Mahmoud, ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries member. 4- Dr. Tareq Kide Othman, Ministry of Health member. 5- Dr. I haab Yousif Abu Eeda, Ministry of Health member. 6- Dr. Abdel Salam Mustafa, the General Secretary of the Municipalities member. 7- Dr. Omar Ahmed Abdel Hameed. The General Secretary of Municipalities member. 8- Dr. Kamal Sayed Abdel Aziz the General Secretary of the Municipalities member. 9- Dr. Hisham Salah Aldeen AL sayed, ministry of Agriculture and fisheries member and reporter Article (2). Article (2) The committee shall have the following liabilities: 1- Prepare the terms and conditions and the requirements for the registration of the registration of the following: a. All sorts of Animal Fodders and their kind and their manufacturing companies. b. The detergents, breeding and care products of animals and their manufacturing companies. They shall be registered after fulfilling the specifications and conditions Ministerial Decree Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries 3 2- Prepare the lists of the permitted and the prohibited materials and their review according to the recommendations of the competent organizations. 3- Draw up the mechanism of prices for the above materials. Article (3) The Committee shall appeal for the assistance of whom it may find suitable from the ministry or the outer bodies. Article (4) The Animal wealth Department shall act to implement the provisions of the present Decree in coordination with the competent bodies in the UAE. Article(5) This Decree shall be enforced as from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official Gaze He.
