Il est créé un Service départemental de l’Urbanisme et de l’Habitat dans les départements suivants : Kébémer ; Linguère ; Guinguinéo ; Nioro ; Podor. Art. 2. Les Services départementaux de l’Urbanisme créés dépendent des Divisions régionales de l’Urbanisme et de l’Habitat concernées. Art. 3. Le Service départemental de l’Urbanisme et de l’Habitat est dirigé par un agent de l’Etat de la hiérarchie B au moins nommé par arrêté du Ministre chargé de l’Urbanisme. Art. 4. Le présent arrêté qui prend effet pour compter de sa date de signature sera enregistré, communiqué et publié partout où besoin sera. http://www.jo.gouv.sn
