Having reviewed Law n° 06/98 of 22/06/1998 relating to th<! establishment, organization and management of the Housing Finance Fund; ADOPTS: Article One: Purpose of this law Law n° 06/98 of 22/6/1998 relating to the establishment, organization and management of the Housing Finance Fund .is hereby abrogated. Article 2: Assets of the Fund The assets of the Housing Finance Fund composed of the money deposited in the Central Bank of Rwanda as well as the credits that are not . yet refundable, are hereby transferred to Rwanda Housing Bank as a loan.
