Article one: Purpose of this law This Law repeals Law no 53/2010 of 25/01/2011 establishing Rwanda Natural Resources Authority (RNRA) and determining its mission, organisation and functioning. Article 2 : Repealing provision Law no 53/2010 of 25/01/2011 establishing Rwanda Natural Resources Authority (RNRA) and determining its mission, organisation and functioning is repealed. Article 3: Drafting, consideration and adoption of this Law This Law was drafted, considered and adopted in Kinyarwanda. Article 4: Commencement This Law comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. Article premier : Objet de la présente loi La présente loi abroge la Loi no 53/2010 du 25/01/2011 portant création de l’Office Rwandais des Ressources Naturelles (RNRA) et déterminant sa mission, son organisation et son fonctionnement.
