MINISTERIAL ORDER N° 005/11.30 OF 15/02/2013 DETERMINING FEES FOR REGISTRATION OF AGROCHEMICALS The Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources; Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 04 June 2003 as amended to date, especially in Articles 120,121 and 201; Pursuant to Law n° 30/2012 of 01/08/2012 governing the use of agrochemicals, especially in Article 6; After consideration and approval by the Cabinet, in its session of 14/11/2012; HEREBY ORDERS: Article One: Purpose of this Order This Order determines fees for registration of agrochemicals. ARRETE MINISTERIEL N° 005/11.30 DU 15/02/2013 FIXANT LES FRAIS A PAYER POUR L’ENREGISTREMENT DES PRODUITS AGROCHIMIQUES Le Ministre de l’Agriculture et des Ressources Animales; Vu la Constitution de la République du Rwanda du 04 Juin 2003 telle que révisée à ce jour, spécialement en ses articles 120, 121 et 201; Vu la Loi n° 30/2012 du 01/08/2012 portant utilisation des produits agrochimiques, spécialement en son article 6; Après examen et adoption par le Conseil des Ministres en sa séance du 14/11/2012; ARRETE: Article premier: Objet du présent arrêté Le présent arrêté fixe les frais à payer pour l’enregistrement des produits agrochimiques. Official Gazette nº 12 of 25 March 2013 22 Ingingo ya 2: Ingano y’mafaranga yishyurwa ku iyandikisha ry’imiti n’ifumbire mvaruganda bikoreshwa mu buhinzi n’ubworozi Umuntu wese usaba kwandikisha imiti cyangwa ifumbire mvaruganda bikoreshwa mu buhinzi n’ubworozi agombwa kubanza kwishyura, kuri buri muti cyangwa ifumbire mvaruganda, amafaranga y’u Rwanda angana n’ibihumbi icumi (10.000 Frw) mu isanduku ya Leta. Ingingo ya 3: Ivanwaho ry’ingingo zinyuranyije n’iri teka Ingingo zose z’amateka abanziriza iri kandi zinyuranye na ryo zivanyweho. Ingingo ya 4: Igihe iri teka ritangirira gukurikizwa Iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa ku munsi ritangarijweho mu Igazeti ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda. Kigali, kuwa 15/02/2013 Article 2: Amount of fees paid for registration of agrochemicals Any person applying for registration of agrochemicals must before registration takes place, pay, for each product a registration fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 10,000) to public treasury account. Article 3: Repealing provision All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed. Article 4: Commencement This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. Kigali, on 15/02/2013 Article 2: Montant à payer pour faire enregistrer des produits agrochimiques Toute personne désireuse de faire enregistrer les produits agrochimiques doit préalablement verser pour chaque produit la somme de dix mille francs rwandais (10.000 Frw) au compte du trésor public de l’Etat. Article 3: Disposition abrogatoire Toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires au présent arrêté sont abrogées. Article 4: Entrée en vigueur Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
