Ingingo ya 2: Ivanwaho ry’ingingo zinyuranyije n’iri teka Ingingo zose z’amateka abanziriza iri kandi zinyuranyije naryo zivanyweho. Ingingo ya 3: Igihe iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa Iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa ku munsi ritangarijweho mu Igazeti ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda. Kigali, kuwa 09/06/2010 HEREBY ORDERS: Article One: Declassification of Kanembwe Forest Kanembwe Forest of two hundred eleven (211) hectares, seventy seven (77) acres and eighty six (86) centiares situated in the Western Province, Rubavu District, Rubavu Sector is hereby withdrawn from classified forests. Article 2: Repealing provision All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed. Article 3: Commencement This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. Kigali, on 09/06/2010 ARRETE : Article premier : Déclassification de la forêt de Kanembwe La forêt de Kanembwe de deux cent onze (211) hectares, soixante dix sept (77) ares et quatre vingt six (86) centiares située dans la Province de l’Ouest, District de Rubavu, Secteur de Rubavu est désaffectée du domaine des forêts classées. Article 2 : Disposition abrogatoire Toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires au présent arrêté sont abrogées. Article 3 : Entrée en vigueur Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
