ARRETE DU PREMIER MINISTRE N°170/03 DU 31/07/2013 PORTANT DESAFFECTATION D’UNE PARCELLE DU DOMAINE PUBLIC DE L’ETAT Le Premier Ministre Vu la Constitution de la République du Rwanda du 04 juin 2003 telle que révisée à ce jour, spécialement en ses articles 31 et 120; Vu la Loi n° 43/2013 du 16/06/2013 portant régime foncier au Rwanda, spécialement en ses articles 12 et 14; Sur proposition du Ministre des Infrastructures; Après examen et adoption par le Conseil des Ministres, en sa séance du 24/04/2013; ARRETE: Article premier: Désaffectation du domaine public de l’Etat La parcelle ainsi que les constructions y érigées se trouvant dans la Cellule BUTARE, Secteur NGOMA, District de HUYE, Province du SUD, qui étaient utilisées par le Laboratoire du MINAGRI à KARUBANDA, sont désaffectées du domaine Public de l’Etat et affectées au domaine Official Gazette n°Special of 02/08/2013 63 mutungo bwite wa Leta. Ingingo ya 2: Abashinzwe kubahiriza iri teka Minisitiri w’Ibikorwa Remezo, Minisitiri w’Umutungo Kamere na Minisitiri w’Ubutegetsi bw’Igihugu basabwe kubahiriza iri teka. Ingingo ya 3: Ivanwaho ry’ingingo zinyuranyije n’iri teka Ingingo zose z’amateka abanziriza iri kandi zinyuranyije na ryo zivanyweho. Ingingo ya 4: Igihe iri teka ritangirira gukurikizwa Iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa ku munsi ritangarijweho mu Igazeti ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda. Kigali, kuwa 31/07/2013 Article 2: Authorities responsible for the implementation of this Order The Minister of Infrastructure, the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of Local Government are entrusted with the implementation of this Order. Article 3: Repealing provision All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed. Article 4: Commencement This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. Kigali, le 31/07/2013 privé de l’Etat. Article 2: Autorités chargées de l’exécution du présent arrêté Le Ministre des Infrastructures, le Ministre des Ressources Naturelles et le Ministre de l’Administration Locale sont chargés de l’exécution du présent arrêté. Article 3: Disposition abrogatoire Toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires au présent arrêté sont abrogées. Article 4: Entrée en vigueur Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
