JOURNAL OFFICIEL DE LA REPUBLIQUE DU MALI LOI N°96-043 portant dissolution de !'office pour !'ex ploitation des ressources hydrauliques du baut Niger. L' Assemblee N ationale a delibere et adopte en sa seance du 29 Juin 1996 ; Le President de la Republique promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit : ARTICLE lER :L'Office pour I 'Exploitation des Ressour ces Hydrauliques du Haut Niger est dissout. ARTICLE 2 : II sera liquide conformement a la regle mentation en vigueur. ARTICLE 3 . La presente loi abroge toutes dispositions anterieures contra ires. notamment l 'Ordonnance' N°82-l/ P-RM du 28 fcnier 1982. modifiec par la Loi N°94-015 du 25 avril 1994
