LE MINISTRE DES Pt:CHES MARITIMES ET DE LA MARINE MARCH ANDE, Vu Ie dahir portant loi n° 1-73-255 du 27 chaoual 1393 ~Lj novembre 1973) formant reglement sur la peche maritime, notamment son article 6, alinea 2 ; Considerant qu'il irnporte, dans l'intere; de la conservation des especes marines de veiller it en limiter l'exploitation aux periodes de l'annee 011 leur croissance a atteint une rnaturite suffisante ;
