Loi n°121/AN/01/4ème L portant approbation du Plan d'Action National pour l'Environnement 2001-2010. L'ASSEMBLEE NATIONALE A ADOPTE LE PRESIDENT DE LA REPUBLIQUE PROMULGUE LA LOI DONT LA TENEUR SUIT : VU La Constitution du 15 septembre 1992 ; VU La Loi n°159/AN/92/2ème L du 10 février 1991 portant approbation de l'orientation économique et sociale pour la période 1990 à 2000 ; VU La Loi n°82/AN/00/4ème L du 17 mai 2000 portant organisation du Ministère de l'Habitat, de l'Urbanisme, de l'Environnement et de l'Aménagement du Territoire ; VU La Loi n°106/AN/00/4ème L du 29 octobre 2000 portant Loi-Cadre de l'Environnement ; VU Le Décret n°99-0059/PRE du 12 mai 1999 portant nomination des membres du Gouvernement Djiboutien et fixant leurs attributions ; Article 1er : Est approuvé le Plan d'Action National pour l'Environnement 2001-2010. Article 2 : La présente Loi sera publiée au Journal Officiel de la République de Djibouti, dès sa promulgation. Fait à Djibouti, le 01 avril 2001.
