BURKINA FASO IVE REPUBLIQUE ---------- ------------ UNITE-PROGRES-JUSTICE SEPTIEME LEGISLATURE ------------- ASSEMBLEE NATIONALE LOI N° 034-2016/AN PORTANT AUTORISATION DE RATIFICATION DE l’ACCORD DE BANGUI INSTITUANT UNE ORGANISATION AFRICAINE DE LA PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE, ACTE DU 14 DECEMBRE 2015 L’ASSEMBLEE NATIONALE Vu la Constitution ; Vu la résolution n°001-2015/AN du 30 décembre 2015 portant validation du mandat des députés ; a délibéré en sa séance du 15 novembre 2016 et adopté la loi dont la teneur suit : 2 Article 1 : Le gouvernement du Burkina Faso est autorisé à ratifier l’Accord de Bangui instituant une Organisation africaine de la propriété intellectuelle, acte du 14 décembre 2015. Article 2 : La présente loi sera exécutée comme loi de l’Etat. 3
