20 OCTOBRE 1945. - Arrêté du Régent stipulant que tout patron d' un bâtiment pratiquant la pêche maritime doit obligatoirement tenir un journal de bord. Article 1. Tout patron d' un bâtiment pratiquant la pêche maritime doit obligatoirement tenir un journal de bord. Art. 2. La forme, la teneur et les prescriptions concernant la tenue, ainsi que le prix de ce document seront fixés par le Ministre ayant la pêche maritime dans ses attributions. Art. 3. Tout manquement aux obligations imposées par le présent arrêté sera puni des peines prévues par la loi du 5 juin 1928 formant Code disciplinaire et pénal pour la marine marchande et la pêche maritime. Art. 4. L' arrêté royal du 26 mai 1937 dont il est fait mention ci devant, est abrogé et remplacé par le présent arrêté. Art. 5. Le Ministre des Communications est chargé de l' exécution du présent arrêté.
