, Statutory Instrument 98 of 2017. [CAP. 15:03 Medicines and Allied Substances Control (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 (No. 29) IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in tenns of section 74 and after consultation with the Authority in tenns of section 38, of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act [ Chapter I 5 :03J, made the following regulations: 1. These regulations may be cited as the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 (No. 29). 2.
