Statutory Instrument 99of2016. {CAP.15:03 Medicines and Allied Substances Control (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 (No. 29) IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 74 of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act I Chapter I 5 :031, and after consultation with the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Authority in terms of section 38, made the following regulations: !. These regulations may be cited as the Medicines and Allied SubstancesControl(General)(Amendment)Regulations,2016(No.29). 2. Section 11 of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control ( G cneral) Re gu I ati ons, 1991 , published in Statutory lnstrum ent 150 of 1991, is amended by the deletion of paragraph (a) and the substitution of the following I "(a) manufacturers, pharmacies, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, on the 1st March;".
