[CONSTITUTION Assignment of Functions (Vice-President and Minister responsible for the Ministry of Defence and War Veterans Affairs) Notice, 2018 IT is hereby notified, that His Excellency the President has, in terms of section 104(1) of the Constitution as read with section 37(2) of the Interpretation Act [Chapter 1 :01], assigned to the Vice-President and Minister responsible for the Ministry of Defence and War Veterans A.ffairs (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Vice-President and the Ministerresponsible for the Ministry ofDefence and War Veterans Affairs save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. Assignment of Functions (Office of the President and Cabinet) Notice, 2014, published in Statutory Instrument 19 of 2014; Assignment of Functions (Of!ice ofthe President and Cabinet) Notice, 2016, published inStatutoryinstrument 107 of2016, and Assignment of Functions (Minister of Home A!Tairs) Notice, 2014, published in Statutory Instrument 26 of2014, are hereby repealed.
