I. 229 of 2018 [CONSTITUTION Public Works and National Housing) Notice, 2018 Assignment of Functions (Minister of Local Government, Local Authorities Employees (Suspension scheme) Act [Chapter 29:09] Public Works and National Housing) Notice, 2018 Municipal Traffic Laws Enforcement Act [Chapter 29:10] Names (Alteration) Act [Chapter 10:14] IT is hereby notified, that his Excellency the President has, in Provincial Councils and Administration Act [Chapter 29:11] Quantity Surveyors Act [Chapter 27:13] terms of section 104(1) of the Constitution as read with section 37(2) Regional, Town and Country Planning Act [Chapter 29:12] of the Interpretation Act [Chapter 1:01], assigned to the Minister of Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13] Local Government, Public Works and National Housing— Shop Licences Act [Chapter 14:17] (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; Traditional Beer Act [Chapter 14:24] Traditional Leaders Act [Chapter 29:17] (Act No. 25 of 1998) (Co-administered and with the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage) (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister of Urban Areas (Omnibus Services) Act [Chapter 29:16] Local Government, Public Works and National Housing Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15] save to the extent that those functions have not been Urban Development Cooperation Act [Chapter 29:16] assigned to some other Minister.
