Statutory Instrument 27 of 2014. [CONSTITUTION Assignment of Functions (Minister of Health and Child Care) Notice, 2014 IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the President, in terms of section 104(1) of the Constitution, as read with section 37(2) of the Interpretation Act [Chapter 1:01], has assigned to the Minister of Health and Child Care — (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule and; (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister of Health and Child Care, save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The Assignment of Functions (Minister of Health and Child Care) Notice of 2012, published in Statutory Instrument 161 of 2012, is repealed. Chapter 27:04 is the Chiropractors Act. The Concealment of Birth Act [Chapter 9:04 ] was repealed with effect from 1st July 2006 by the Criminal Law Code [section 283 as read with Seventh Schedule]. So, presumably it was intended to list the Chiropractors Act. 2 Note by Veritas. This item should be ignored. This is a misprinted repetition of the first item on the list – the Anatomical Donations and Post-Mortem Examinations Act.
