[CONSTITUTION Assignment of Functions (\finistcr of Environment, Water and Climate) Notice, 20t8 ---------------~----------·--- IT is hereby notified, that His Excellency the President has, in terTns of section 104( I) of the Constitution as read with section 37(2) of the Interpretation Act [Chapter J :011, assigned to the i\Jinister of Environment, Water and Climatc- (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule: and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister of Environment, \Vater and Climate save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister.
