Animal Health (Import) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 (S.I. No. 56 of 2016)

Statutory Instrument 56 of 2016. [CAP.19:01 Animal Health (Import) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 (No. 6) IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Agriculture, Mechanisation and Irrigation Development has, in terms of section 5, of the Animal Health Act [Chapter 19:01], made the following regulations: ~ 1. These regulations may be cited as the Animal Health (Import) '( / (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 (No. 6). 2. The Animal Health (lmport)(Amendment) Regulations, 1989, published in Statutory Instrument 57 of 1989 (hereinafter called "the principal regulations''), are amended by the insertion of the following sections after section 9 "10. The import and export referred to in section 9 shall attract fees specified in the Sixth Schedule. 11. ( 1) Collection of any fees in terms of these regulations shall be done through the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority established in terms of the Revenue Authority Act [ Chapter 23: 11] or any other agent designated by the Minister. (2) The Authority or any other designated agent shall remit fees collected in terms of these regulations to the Ministry.". 3. The principal regulations are amended by the insertion of a new Schedule after the Fifth Schedule as follows "SIXTH SCHEDULE (Section 10) FEES Port Health Inspection (Imports) .
