Volume 14, Cap. 236) The Plant Varieties and Seeds (Amendment) Regulations. 1997 IN EXERCISE of the powers containedin sections thirty-five and eighty10ur of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act. the following Regulationsare hereby made: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Varietiesand Seeds (Amendment,) Regulations, 1997. and shall be read as one with the Plant Vaneties and Seeds Regulations, in these Regula lions referred to as the principalRegulations. 2. The principal Regulations areamended by therevocation of the SixthSChedule and thesubstitution thereforof theSixthScbed ule set out in the Appendix to these Regulations.
