GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NO. 4 OF 2013 The Lands Survey Act (Laws, Volume 12, Cap. 188) The Non-Cadastral Survey and Mapping (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Notice, 2013 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section forty-one of the Land Survey Act, the following Notice is hereby made: 1. This Notice may be cited as the Non-Cadastral Survey and Mapping (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Notice, 2013, and shall be read as one with the Non-Cadastral Survey and Mapping (Fees and Charges) Notice, in this Notice referred to as the principal Notice. 2. The principal Notice is amended by the repeal of the Sched ule thereto and the substitution therefor of the Schedule set out in the Appendix to this Notice.
