Supplement to the Republic of Zambia Government Gazette dated Friday, 26th February, 2016 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. ] 5 OF 2016 The Forests Act (Laws, Volume 12, Cap. 199) The National Forest No. P. 47: Kasama (Alteration of Boundaries) Order, 2016 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section eight of the Forests Act, the following Order is made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Kasama National Forest No. P. 47: (Alteration of Boundaries) Order, 2016. 2. The boundaries of the National Forest No. P. 47: Kasama as described in the Schedule to the Forests (National Forest No. P. 47) (Declaration) Order, 1954, are altered as described in the Schedule. 3.
