This Order may be cited as the National Forest No. 58: Mbonge (Alteration of Boundaries) Order, 2017. 2. The boundaries of the National Forest No. 58: Mbonge as described in the Schedule to the Forests (Local Forests No. 58) Declaration Order, 1955, described in the Schedule. 3. Price K4.00 each. 466 Statutory Instruments SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) I I th August, 2017 NATIONAL FOREST No. 58: MaoNGE Starting at Beacon W324 the north-eastern comer ofFarm No. 724 "Kansanshi Mine", the boundary follows the western boundary of this farm for a distance of approximately 2,440 metres beacon FB 1; thence the boundary runs in the northward direction, for a distance of approximately 900 metres to Beacon FB2; thence in a westerly direction for a dista.flce of approximately 6,000 metres to Beacon FB3; thence the boundary runs in a southward direction for a distance of 2,700 metres to Beacon FB4; thence the boundary runs in a southeast direction for a distance of approximately 970 metres to Beacon FB5; thence the boundary runs through to 'Beacons FB6, FB7 and FB8 for a distance of approxirnateiy 2,700 metres the confluence of an unknown stream and Chafukuma stream; thence up the left bank of this stream for a distance of approximately 6,030 metres to Beacon FB9; thence the boundary runs in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 6,140 metres on a bearing of 71 degrees to Beacon FB 10; thence south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 3,350 metres to to Beacon L4 l 9; the north-western corner beacon ofFarm No. I IO I "Katandana"; thence south-westwards, south-eastwards and north-eastwards along the western, southern and eastern boundaries of this farm for a distance of approximately 1,650 metres to Beacon L418; thence in southeast direction for a distance of approximately 1,300 metres to Beacon L417; thence the boundary runs in northeast direction for a distance of approximately 1,850 metres to Beacon L420, the intersection with the Katandana stream; thence down the right bank of this stream for a distance of approximately 5,240 metres to FBI I; thence the boundary rnns southwards for a distance of approximately 3,000 metres to Beacon FB 12; thence in a south-west.vards direction for a distance approximately 1,340 metres to Beacon FB 13, thence in a north-easterly and westerly direction through Beacons FB 14, FB 15, FB 16, FB ! 7, FB 18, and FB 19 for a distance of approximately 5,990 metres to Beacon F820 on the north-eastern boundary of Farm No. 724 "Kansanshi Mine", thence in a northward direction for a distance of approximately 1,540 metres to Beacon W324, the point of starting. All areas and distances are approximate. Included in the above described area but excluded from the Protected Forest Area is Parm No. 724 "Kansanshi Mine". The area described above in extent 3,232 hectares approximate, is shown bordered green on Plan No. FRI 03/1, deposited in the office of the Surveyor­ General, signed by the Surveyor-General and dated 20th January, 2016.
