GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY brSTRUMENT No. 2 or- 2015 The Forests Act (Laws, Volume 12, Cap. 199) The National Forest No. 29: Chisamba (Cessation) Order, 2015 IN EXERCISE ofthe powers contained in section eight of the Forests Act, the following Order is made: 3 I. This Order may be cited as the National Forest No. 29: Title Chisamba (Cessation) Order, 2015. 2. The area described as Forest Reserve No. 29: Chisamba in Government Notice No. 2 t 1, 1962, and declared as Forest Reserve No. 29: Chisamba in the National Forests (Declaration) Order, 1975, ceases to be a National Forest. 3.
