5th January, 2007 Statutory Instruments GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 4 OF 2007 The Forests Act (Laws, Volume 12, Cap. 199) The National Forest No. 22, Chibuluma (Alteration of Boundaries) Order, 2007 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section eight of the Forests Act, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the National Forest No. 22, Chibuluma Extension (Alteration of Boundaries) Order, 2007. 2. The Boundaries of National Forest No. 22, Chibuluma Extension shall be altered by the deletion of existing boundary description thereof and the substitution therefor of the description set out in the Schedule to this Order. 3. Government Notice No. 91 of 1953 is hereby amended accordingly. SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) NATIONAL FOREST No. F22, CHIBULUMA ETENSION Stating at beacon A on the left side of Kalengwa/Kasempa/Kalulushi road, the boundary proceeds westwards for a distance of approximately 1,000 metres to beacon CE2; thence northwards for a distance of approximately 650 metres to beacon CE3; thence eastwards for a distance of approximately 900 metres to beacon CE4; thence northwards for a distance of approximately 1,450 metres to beacon CE5; thence westwards for a distance of approximately 1,250 metres to beacon CE6; thence northwards for a distance of approximately 800 metres to beacon CE7; thence eastwards for a distance of approximately 1,150 metres to beacon CE8; thence south-westwards for a distance of approximately 1,200 metres to beacon CE9; thence south-westwards for a distance of approximately 1,150 metres to beacon M214; thence north-westwards for a distance of approximately 1,350 metres to beacon CEIO; thence north-eastwards for a distance of approximately 1,250 metres to beacon CEl l; thence eastwards for a distance of approximately 1,050 metres to beacon CE12; thence south­ eastwards for a distance of approximately 1,350 metres to beacon CE 13; thence 7 Title Alteration of boundaries Amendment of G.N No. 91 of 1953 Copies of this Statutory Instrument can be obtained from Kas Electronic Publishers, Tel: 260-211-221424, PO. The above described area in extent 894 Hectares approximately is shown bordered green on Plan No. NF68 is deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General signed by him dated 19th June, 2006.
