11th August, 2017 Statutory Instruments GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ST~fUTORY lNSTRUME1'1T No. 63 OF 2017 The Forests Act, 2015 (Act No. 4 of 2015) The Local Forest No. 42: Kawena (Cessation) Order, 2017 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section 17 of the Forests Act, 2015, the following Order is made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Forest No. 42: Kawena (Cessation) Order, 2017. 2. The area described as Protected Forest Area No. 42: Kawena in the Government Notice No. 263 of 1954 and declared to be a Local Forest in the Second Schedule to the Local Forests (Declaration) Order, 1975, shall cease to be a Local Forest from the date of the publication of this Order.
