• 17th April, 2009 Statutory Instruments GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 22 OF 2009 The Forests Act (Laws, Volume 12, Cap. 199) The Local Forest No. 188:Bbondo (Cessation) Order, 2009 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section Seventeen of the Forests Act, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Forest No. 188: Bbondo (Cessation) Order, 2009. 2. The area described as Protected Forest Area No. 188: Bbondo in Statutory Instrument No. 188 of 1968 and declared to be a Local Forest in the Second Schedule to the Local Forest (Dec laration) Order, 1975, shall cease to be a Local Forest from the date of the publication of this Order.
