Box 30136, 10101, Lusaka, Price K1.00 each GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NO. 54 OF 2013 The Land Survey Act (Laws, Volume 12, Cap. 188) The Land Survey (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in section forty of the Land Survey Act, the following Regulations are hereby made: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Survey (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and shall be read as one with the Land Survey Regulations, in these Regulations referred to as the principal Regulations. 2. The principal Regulations are amended in the Third Schedule in paragraph 4 by the— (a) deletion of items (a) and (b); and (b) renumbering of items (c), (d), (e) (f) (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l) and (m) as items (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j) and (k) DR.
