7th April , 2017 Sta/u/01y Instruments GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT No. 31 OF 2017 The Control of Goods Act (Laws, Volume 23, Cap. 421) The Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Forest Produce) (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2017 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in regulation 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Forest Produce) Regulations, 2017, the following Order is made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Forest Produce) (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2017. 2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires "importation" includes transit through Zambia of the goods specified in the Schedule. 3. ( 1) The importation of the goods specified in the Schedule is banned from the date of publication of this Order. (2) This Order does not apply to electricity transmission poles.
