27th March, 2009 Statutory Instruments 101 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA The Control of Goods Act (Law, Volume 23, Cap. 42 1) The Control of ~ o o d s (Import and Export)(Agriculture) (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2009 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in regulation 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export)(Agriculture) Regulations, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import Title and Export) (Agriculture) (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2009. 2. The Commodities and goods listed in the Schedule to this Prohibitionof Order are banned from importation into the Republic from the ~~~'~~~ publication of this Order. commodities and goods 3.
