3 , STAATSKOERANT,31 DESEMBER 2010 No. 33911 GOVERNMENT NOTICE GOEWERMENTSKENNISGEWING DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH DEPARTEMENT VAN GESONDHEID No. R. 1262 31 December 2010 FOODSTUFFS, COSMETICS AND DISINFECTANTS ACT, 1972 (ACT No. 54 OF 1972) REGULATIONS REING TO MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS: AMENDMENT The Minister of Health has, in terms of Section 15(1) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972, made the regulations contained in the Schedule. SCHEDULE Definitions 1. In these Regulations "the Regulations" means the regulations published by Government Notice R.1555 of 21 November 1997, as corrected by Government Notice No. R.1278 of 29 October 1999 and amended by Government Notices No. R. 53 of 28 January 2000, No.R.755 of 28 July 2000, No. R.837 of 25 August 2000 and No. R. 1052 of 27 October 2000. Amendment of Annexure C of the Regulations 2. The regulations are hereby amended by the deletion of the following names of the local authorities in Annexure C in terms of Regulation 3(3) of the regUlations: Albertinia Great Brak River Ladismith Malmesbury West Coast Wi~~l\dS ( TSOALEDI, MP MINISTER OF HEALTH DATE: 1311212010
