MATERIAL: AMENDMENT The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting under Section 34 of the Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976), has made the following regulations in the Schedule. SCHEDULE Definition 1. In this Schedule "the Regulations" means the regulations published by Government Notice No. R. 1064 of 23 May 1980, as amended by Government Notices Nos.
