MARINE LIVING RESOURCES ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 18 OF 1998) AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS PUBLISHED IN GOVERNMENT NOTICE R. 1111 OF 2 SEPTEMBER 1998, AS AMENDED The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has under Section 77 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998), made the Regulations as set out in the schedule hereto. SCHEDULE Definitions 1. Regulation 51 is hereby amended by substitution for subregulation 2 of the following: (2) A person over the age of 12 years may obtain from any authorized office, a recreational fishing permit to engage in fishing, collecting, keeping, controlling, landing or transporting of, or to be in possession of not more than four west coast rock lobster per day from 15 November 2013 to 17 November 2013, from 14 December 2013 to 01 January 2014, from 18 April 2014 to 21 April 2014, fishing will be allowed every day all dates inclusive, subject to the payment of the fees determined by the Minister under section 25 of the Act. No fishing permitted in any day of the week, not listed in this schedule. Amendment of Annexure 2 of the Regulations 2.
