STAATSKOERANT, 6 MAART 2009 No.31982 3 GOVERNMENT NOTICE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS AND TOURISM No. R. 249 6 March 2009 MARINE LIVING RESOURCES ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 18 OF 1998) AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS PUBLISHED IN GOVERNMENT NOTICE R. 1111 OF 2 SEPTEMBER 1998, AS AMENDED The Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism has under Section 77 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998). made the regulations in the Schedule hereto. SCHEDULE Definitions i . Annexure 2 is hereby amended by the substitution for item 4 of Part A of the following item: "(4) Chokka squid (Loligo vulgaris reynaudil) from 12h00 pm on 19 March to 12h00 pm on 9 April, from 12h00 pm on 23 July to 12h00 pm on 13 August and from 12h00 pm on 19 October to 12h00 pm on 23 November in any year".
