STAATSKOERANT, 18 FEBRUARIE 2011 No.34019 7 GOVERNMENT NOTICES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES No. 107 18 February 2011 GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 15 OF 1997) TARIFFS FOR SERVICES The Registrar of Genetically Modified Organisms hereby makes known for general information that, with effect from 1 April 2011, tariffs for services related to the Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (Act No. 15 of 1997) be amended. to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto.
