R. 383 GG8561 25 February 1983 FERTILIZERS, FARM FEEDS, AGRICULTURAL REMEDIES AND STOCK REMEDIES ACT, 1947 (ACT 36 OF 1947) DECLARATION OF CERTAIN SUBSTANCES AND REMEDIES TO BE AGRICULTURAL REMEDIES I, Jacob Johannes Greyling Wentzel, Minister of Agriculture, hereby declare by virtue of the powers vested in me by the definition of "agricultural remedy" in section 1 of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947 (Act 36 of 1947), any adjuvant consisting of any chemical substance of biological remedy, -or any mixture or combination of such substance or remedy and which, when it is added to an agricultural remedy which is prepared for application in accordance with the approved instructions for use of that agricultural remedy, will enhance the efficiency of such agricultural remedy, to be an agricultural remedy for the purposes of the said Act.
