NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 107 OF 1998) AMENDMENTS TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REGULATIONS LISTING NOTICE 1 OF 2010 I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 1 published under Government Notice R544 in Government Gazette 33306 of 18 June 2010 as amended by Government Notices R660 in Government Gazette 33411of 30 July 2010 and R1159 in Government Gazette 33842 of 10 December 2010 under section 47A (1) (b) read with section 24(2),24(5) and 24D of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as indicated in the Schedule hereto. In this notice "the Notice" means the notices published by Government Notice No. R. 544 of 2 August 2010, as amended by Government Notices Nos. R. 660 of 30 July 2010 and R. 1159 of 10 December 2010. Insertion of items 55A and 55B in the Notice 2. The following items are hereby inserted in the Notice, after item 55: "55A. The construction of facilities for the treatment of effluent, wastewater or sewage with a daily throughput capacity of more than 2000 cubic metres but less than 15 000 cubic metres." "55B.
