In this schedule "the Regulations" means the regulations publishbd under Government Notice No. R.1399 of 21 December 2001, as amended by Govemment Notice No. R. 1426 of7 December 2004. STAATSKOERANT, 5 NOVEMBER 2010 Amendment ofRegalation 1 of Regulations 2. Regulation ] of the regulations is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of '"Deputy Director-General" for the following definition: "Deputy Director-General means the Deputy Director-General of the Department ofBnvironmental Affairs within the branch responsible for coastal mltters".
