ACT To amend the Agricultural Debt Management Act, 2001, so as to make provision for the preparation, execution and attestation of documents for registration or filing at a deeds registry by an officer of the department; and to provide for matters connected therewith. BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa. as follows: Amendment of section 9 of Act 45 of 2001 1.
