1 Amendments The Mines and Minerals (Licences) Order No. 26 of 1986 is amended as set out in the Schedule.
2 Commencement This Order commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. Made at Port Vila this (Y1-~ day _ _A_~_- _ L__ 2006. 1 Clause 6' Repeal the clause, substitute, "6 The fees payable annually on or before the anniversary of the date of the grant of a prospecting licence and every anniversary thereafter are: (a) for 10,000 hectares - 50 Vatu per hectare; or (b) for more than 10,000 hectares- 25 Vatu per hectare.".
