SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS OF THE FORESTRY RIGHTS REGISTRATION AND TIMBER HARVEST GUARANTEE ACT [CAP 265] 1 Subsection 12(2) http://www.paclii.org/vu/legis/consol act/frrathga603/ http://www.paclii.org/vu/legis/consol act/frrathga603/ http://www.paclii.org/vu/legis/consol act/frrathga603/ http://www.paclii.org/vu/legis/consol act/frrathga603/ After “operations” insert “and in relation to purchasing or trading of sandalwood and the processing and exporting of sandalwood, sandalwood oil or any sandalwood product derived from harvesting operations” 2 At the end of section 15 Add “(5) The owner of the accredited timber plantation must report to the Director General on the following matters: (a) the amount of timber that is harvested; and (b) the amount of sandalwood harvested, traded, processed or exported.”
