REPUBLIC OF VANUATU FORESTRY ACT [CAP 276] Forestry (Management and Control of Sandalwood Trade and Exports) Order N o~,.., of 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 66 and subsection 71 (1) of the Forestry Act [CAP 276], I, the Honourable HA VO MOLISALE, Ministerof Agriculture, Quarantine, Forestry and Fisheries make the following Order: 1 Amendments The Forestry (Management and Control of Sandalwood Trade and Exports) Order No.3 of 1997 is amended as set out in the Schedule. 2 Commencement This Order commences on the date on which it is published in the Gazette.
