Commencement. Assent: 21/06/93 Commencement: 12/07/93 FORESTRY (AMENDMENT) ACT NO. 15 OF 1993 An Act to amend the Forestry Act [CAP. 147]. BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: AMENDMENT OF SECTION 21 OF CHAPTER 147 1. Section 21 of the Forestry Act [CAP. 147] is amended by repealing paragraphs (c) and (d). COMMENCEMENT 2.
