The subjects entitled to establish this fund shall be R,rnger Sub-departments. sections. as ,,ell as Forest Products Re-checking Stations. that are assigned to sanction administratiw violat1011s in the field of forest management and protection and forest product management according to the regulations of the abm e-mentioned Decree No. 77/CP The Fund for combat against illegal defores tation and forest products production. trading and transportation shall be established only at the prm incial level and monitored in details for each ranger unit.
