Decree No. 19/2010/ND-CP amending and supplementing Points c, d, g, h and I, Clause 5, Article 2 of Government’s Decree No. 25/2008/ND-CP defining the functions, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

1.
