' The Decree also specifies violation ac1s, sanctioning· forms and levels, the sanctioning competence, the sanctioning procedures, the application of preventive measures, the sanctioned persons' right to lodge complaints and denunciations and the setltementthereof.. It takes effect 15 da.ys after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Government's Decree No. 77/CP of November 29, 1996 on sanctioning of administrative violations in forest managornent and protection as well as forest-product management and Decree Na.
